Delivery of Products
Products purchased shall be processed and dispatched within one to two business days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery is expected to occur within two to four business days. Delivery charge in this regard shall not be refunded under any circumstances as they are paid to third party courier service providers.
Return Policy
- Requests for the return of products must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the package. Such requests should be submitted via email to orders@harrietshopping.com, including the order details.
- Customers may return a product for any reason, including a change of mind.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or the selection of an incorrect product (i.e., fault or conduct of the customer), the customer shall bear the cost of return delivery. For all other reasons, Harriet or the Vendor, as applicable, shall bear the cost of return delivery.
- Refunds for returned products will be issued once the product has been received and confirmed by the vendor to be in fit and proper acceptable condition. Refunds shall be processed by direct bank transfer/ Card Payment Refund within two (2) – three (3) Business days thereafter.
- Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Innerwear, beauty, and skincare items are not eligible for return.
- Harriet reserves the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new and unused condition.
- The time frame for processing returns may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances; customers will be notified if there are any such delays.

- Upon the receipt of payment, the customer can then place a new order as an exchange.
